‘Megalopolis’ 77th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following her their attendance at the previous premiere, Araya Hargate, Greta Gerwig and more attended the ‘Megalopolis’ this evening(May 16th) in France during the 77th Cannes Film Festival.

Aishwarya Rai made a dramatic entrance wearing a custom FALGUNI SHANE PEACOCK off-the-shoulder gown with a flowing train in the back. Although I am not sold on the quality, the gown packs enough to drama to make it worth the occasion.

Hunter Schafer & Barry Keoghan at the 77th Cannes Film Festival - Nespresso x Brut Party

Hunter Schafer and Barry Keoghan hit the red carpet for the Nespresso x Brut party which was held at Nespresso Beach during the 77th Cannes Film Festival today(May 16th) in Cannes, France.

Hunter Schafer wore a VIVIENNE WESTOOD floral off-the-shoulder top with the matching skirt. I think the problem here is the lack of styling. She definitely needed some jewelry and I miss the belt.

Anya Taylor-Joy in Jil Sander at the 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' 77th Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Following the premiere, Anya Taylor-Joy attended the photocall for 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' during the 77th Cannes Film Festival today(May 16th) in France.

Anya is definitely a fashion girlie whether you think her style is a hit or miss. She definitely presented this JIL SANDER FALL 2024 ivory tweed ensemble better than how it looked on the runway, but I am partially sold.

I like the idea of this ensemble and I kinda love the headpiece, but I don't feel her ensemble works for the occasion. The weather is a bit warm, so the tweed feels a bit too heavy.

I always appreciate how her style has evolved with her taking more fashion risks, but on this occasion, it doesn't really hit the mark. What do you think of Anya's tweed ensemble?

'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' 77th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following the jury photocall and opening ceremony, Eva Green Greta Gerwig and more attended the 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' photocall during the 77th Cannes Film Festival today(May 15th).

Anya Taylor-Joy wore a custom CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE strapless gown and she looked gorgeous. A red lip was added so that the nude hue doesn't completely wash her out. The necklace added a cool, edgy finish. Even though I am not sold on the color, I still liked her look.

Eva Green wore a BALMAIN black and gold textured dress. It's edgy, and sexy, but the head styling once again doesn't compliment her look.

Elin Hall in Chanel at the 'When The Light Breaks' 77th Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Today(May 15th) Elin Hall attended the photocall for 'When The Light Breaks' during the 77th Cannes Film Festival in France.

For the most part, CHANEL is a tough sell on the carpet. This FALL 2024 piece that Elin chose had potential, but unfortunately the styling fell flat. I love the runway's presentation and better styling could have made this work for her.

For instance, she definitely should have kept the belt because it was needed to balance out the proportions of her look. Also, a color heel would have made this pop, because the dress kinda washes her out. Too bad about the styling because this was a great choice for the occasion.

Lea Seydoux in Louis Vuitton at 'The Second Act' 77th Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Following the opening ceremony & premiere, Lea Seydoux attended 'The Second Act' photocall during the  77th Cannes Film Festival today(May 15th) in France.

Wearing LOUIS VUITTON of course, she wore a FALL 2024 black blazer with the coordinating crop pants and pumps. Crop pants are very hard to pull off and these are a very weird length.

These pants would have been so much better in a longer length. Also, I feel like a white top under the blazer would have been better with a colored lip to top off her look. What do you think of Lea's crop suit?

Vicky Krieps in Bottega Veneta at the ‘Un Certain Regard’ 77th Cannes Film Festival Photcall

Following the opening ceremony, Vicky Krieps attended the ‘Un Certain Regard’ photocall today(May 15th) during the 77th Cannes Film Festival in France.

On the occasion, she turned to BOTTEGA VENETA, wearing SPRING 2024 head to toe. I think this is better than the Chanel from yesterday, but still, she is not selling it.

I just don't think that she possesses that certain type of edge needed to rock unique pieces like this. I like that she took the risk though, but this is a no for me.
